Born in Gallarate in 1984 from mother from Mantua and father from Varese.
Creative, innovative since childhood, called “pasticcina” by grandmother she tries a lot of recipes testing in the kitchen.
Thanks to her, obtaining excellent grades that led her to Milan to join the course on Sciences and Technologies of Catering where she specialized in nutrition, graduating first in her course.
She continues between Lombardy and Canada attending the Master in Economics of the Agro-Food System thanks to which joins “Academia Barilla” for a year launching a new line of artisan products.
She moves to Milan working in the food department of “ChemService Research and Development” dealing with quality control for important food and catering companies.
The colleagues, in 2013 and unbeknownst to her, enroll her in the first edition of ” The Chef scelgo e creo in cucina ” with Davide Oldani and Filippo La Mantia. She wins with an innovative quinoa dish.
In 2015 decides to combine creativity, studies, passion and personal needs (diabetes during pregnancy) opening ITineri, nuovi percorsi alimentari.
Starting from the philosophy that food can and must be improved, LEGÙ® IS NOT PASTA borns, a revolutionary product that aims to bring again legumes, the pillar of the Mediterranean diet, to the table.
In 2017 this idea is recognized by the Milan International Fair Authority obtaining the ATUTTAINNOVATION award and subsequently also by Coldiretti with the OSCARGREEN recognizing vegetable proteins the least impact on the environment in terms of emissions and water consumption.
Gets numerous acclaims from haute cuisine so as to intrigue Gualtiero Marchesi who wants to know every detail of the project.
