Katiuscia Muscas (Villamar – CA – 1976), è una Project Manager certificata, ha maturato un’esperienza ultra ventennale passando dal settore bancario/immobiliare e delle gestioni patrimoniali, fino a quello delle energie rinnovabili e dell’efficienza energetica.
Convinta sostenitrice dell’l’Idrogeno e della Green Economy, era considerata una visionaria quando circa 20 anni orsono, cominciò a proporre agli investitori progetti per la produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili.
Tra i suoi tanti impegni, ha ricoperto la carica di vicepresidente CONFAPI Sardegna, “Confederazione Italiana della Media Industria”, per la quale sta lavorando alla creazione di CONFAPI DONNE.
E’ oggi l’Amministratore nonché la fondatrice della Progetika S.p.A., società che opera come veicolo d’investimenti nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, in partnership con grandi player dell’energia, e importanti fondi d’investimento. Progetika è presente in varie nazioni europee nonché in India, con sede nella
città di Chandigarh nello stato del Punjab.
La sua mission è la lotta alla povertà energetica e al cambiamento climatico, attraverso lo sviluppo e la creazione di progetti ecosostenibili, che vuole sostenere attraverso la imminente nascita della fondazione: KEF, Katiuscia Energy Foundation.
Del segno dell’acquario, sposata, un figlio di 16, l’aggettivo che più le si addice è “determinata”, (estremamente determinata) e tre sono i principi sui quali ha costruito la sua carriera: etico, professionale e che rientri nel budget.
Dice sempre della vita e del lavoro: “chi lotta può perdere, ma chi non lotta ha già perso…” e “sembra sempre impossibile, fino a quando non viene fatto…”.
Katiuscia Muscas (Villamar – CA – 1976), is a certified Project Manager, she has gained over twenty years of experience going from the banking/real estate and asset management sectors, to that of renewable energies and energy efficiency.
Convinced supporter of Hydrogen and the Green Economy, she was considered a visionary when about 20 years ago, she began to propose to investors projects for the production of energy from renewable sources.
Among her many commitments, she held the position of vice president of CONFAPI Sardinia, the “Italian Confederation of Media Industry”, for which she is working on the creation of CONFAPI DONNE.
She is today the Administrator as well as the founder of Progetika S.p.A., a company that operates as an investment vehicle in the renewable energy sector, in partnership with major energy players, and important investment funds. Progetika is present in various European countries as well as in India, with headquarters in the city of Chandigarh in the state of Punjab. Its mission is the fight against energy poverty and climate change, through the development and creation of eco-sustainable projects, that she wants to support through the imminent birth of the foundation: KEF – Katiuscia Energy Foundation.
Of the sign of Aquarius, married, a son of 16, the adjective that best suits her is “determinate”, (extremely determined) and there are three principles on which she has built her career: ethical, professional and within the budget.
She always says about life and work: “whoever fights can lose, but whoever doesn’t fight has already lost…” and “always seems impossible, until it is done…”.
