Erika Fattori è Group Brand Strategy Director e Brand & Communication Director per il mercato italiano di Nexi.

Erika ha sviluppato il nuovo posizionamento di Gruppo, ha creato il brand Nexi e gestisce tutte le attività di comunicazione marketing per Nexi in Italia e in Europa, supportando anche le Banche Partner nelle loro iniziative di comunicazione legate a carte di credito e pagamenti digitali.

In passato, Erika ha ricoperto diversi ruoli all’interno del Gruppo UniCredit, come Head of Marketing Communication per la Banca Retail Italiana, poi a livello internazionale nei segmenti Private Banking e Wealth Management, ed è stata Group Head of Customer Insight. Prima di entrare in UniCredit, ha avuto la responsabilità di Marketing Communication e Product Management per aziende in diversi settori, dagli orologi sportivi, agli elettrodomestici e ai servizi web.

Nella sua vita professionale ha lanciato diversi brand: Krups, Freedomland, UniCredit, Cordusio Wealth Management e più recentemente Nexi.

Nell’ambito della Associazione Women&Tech®, ha co-progettato W.E.P. (Women Empowerment Program), un programma di mentorship per la leadership al femminile che coinvolge 23 aziende e più di 100 senior e junior manager.

Erika si è laureata in Lingue e Letterature Straniere a Milano (Italia) e ha conseguito un Master in Marketing con distinction presso la Newcastle Business School (UK).

Vive a Milano ed è mamma di due teenager.

Erika developed the new Group positioning, created the brand Nexi and she manages all marketing communication activities for Nexi in Italy and across Europe, also supporting the Distribution Partner Banks in their communication initiatives related to credit cards and digital payments.

In her past, Erika covered different roles within UniCredit Group, as Head of Marketing Communication for the Italian Retail Bank, then at international level in the Private Banking and in the Wealth Management segments, and she has been Group Head of Customer Insight. Before joining UniCredit, she had the responsibility of Marketing Communication and Product Management for companies in different industries from sport-watches to home electronics and web services.

In her professional life she launched many different brands: Krups, Freedomland, UniCredit, Cordusio Wealth Management and finally Nexi.

She is a founding member of Women Empowerment Program, a mentorship program for women leadeship involving 23 companies and more than 100 senior and junior managers.

Erika graduated in Foreign Languages & Literature in Milan (Italy) and accomplished a Master Degree in Marketing with distinction from Newcastle Business School (UK).

She lives in Milan and she is the mum of two challenging teenagers.
