Partner, head of Structured Finance department, co-head and founder of Fintech department at Gattai, Minoli, Partners. Emanuela specialises in finance, banking, derivatives, and structured finance matters and has extensive experience in different types of asset classes securitisations, plain vanilla and exotic NPLs transactions. She is one of the main experts in trade receivables securitisation transaction as well as inventory financing deals for working capital purposes. Emanuela is also known as a pioneer lawyer within the Fintech sector, since she started to explore it with an international perspective well before Italy faced with the market and she assists the major players within the Italian market. Thanks to her high reputation she has been requested by the Republic of San Marino to draft the first regulation on the Initial Coin Offerings and, she cooperates with the corporate department of the University of Padua within the Innovation and Technology Law Summer School.
Emanuela actively participates in several pilot projects dedicated to the blockchain and the issues connected to its application, including the experts group created by Italia Fintech to analyze and comment the paper issued by CONSOB on Initial Coin Offerings. As from April 2019, she is also on the Italia4Blockchain Steering Committee. She was the only Italian lawyer invited by Inatba to give a speech on fintech at Convergence – the Global Blockchain Forum held in Malaga in 2019. She was also invited to speak as the sole Italian lawyer at the Royal Investment Summit promoted and organized by the office of the Sheik of Baherein on the realization of the first pilot of securitization transaction on blockchain. Emanuela has obtained her degree at Università degli Studi di Milano, she has practiced in the major Italian and international firms. She lived in London and speaks fluently English. She became equity partner in one of the most reputed and first ranking Italian firm at the age of 34 years.
